Fever Signs and How to Tell if Your Child in real sense has Fever
Children are often rushed to emergency rooms for cases of fever. This is so common and we actually don’t feel surprised by this fact. Fevers are quite common in children and as well frightening to child and parent alike. The older babies and the toddlers, note the signs in increased crankiness and being less energetic and interested in so many things as is the norm. The toddler will as well be thirsting a lot and will have a lowered appetite. Irritability and feeling withdrawn out of lack of interest in most of their activities is yet another sign of fever in the toddlers and the older babies. The other sign of fever in children is extreme sleepiness or trouble getting to sleep. For the children over two years, they will be whiny and ever feeling tired, ask for drinks more often, and at sometime complain of aches all over or feeling chilly. Should you see any of these signs in your young one, you will be good taking and noting their body temperature and tell if they could be catching or have caught a fever.
